Emergency medical alert

A trained professional from Direct Alert’s Emergency Response team communicates with you through the two-way panel and makes sure that you receive the help you need from a emergency medical technician without delay.

The call button is a wireless button which can be worn as a watch, necklace, and pendant or clipped onto a belt. The idea behind this is that the help system is at anytime nearby the customer. Putting such a device with a high-risk person will definitely bring peace of mind among everyone.

When the call button is pressed a signal is sent to our emergency team and emergency services (family and neighbours) are contacted.

During an emergency, a person needing assistance will find appeasement. When the medical alert bracelet is pressed, a signal is sent to our emergency response centre and help is sent.

Direct Alert proposes a help medi alert device without any contract, dedicated to the assistance of people who are losing their autonomy.

The system is including a wall command panel and a portable call button. Every call is taken as a medical emergency case by our emergency team, so that we give you the fastest help. The emergency center will send a help team and will be responsible to prevent your relatives.
